Gta v script hook old version download

Since the new update, I'm unable to launch GTA V and get the Script Hook V Critical is a new version of Script Hook V or if there's a work-around to get past this? If it doesnt, do i literally just replace the old script hook files with the new one? I followed every instruction and downloaded the Heap and Packfile Adjuster.
